Medium Density Vinyl (MDV)
Ludlow’s MDV foams are medium density PVC foam which offer a combination of wear-resistance and flexibility in more challenging product environments.
Characteristics
- Closed-cell foam which seals our air, dust and moisture
- Flexible to conform to curves and most radius curves
- Good chemical resistance
- Flame retardant product which meets MVSS302
- Density range of 11# and 15#
- Gauge range 1/16” to ¾”
- Colors are black and gray, with special colors available upon request
- Pressure Sensitive Adhesives available
